Chapter 20. I only just realized how far this has come. I know I update slowly but even so every update is closer to the end, and number 20 just seems so big. Well, there's still a lot more to come, and now I have an access to a free scanner (not the best, for some reason the lighting is off in the upper left corner of each page, which I didn't notice until I had scanned all pages. I'll try a different scanner next time.) at school so yay! I'm also very motivated to continue from here so I hope I can get the next update done sooner than it took me to do this!

If you thought I would present you all the next team members in this update just like that, sorry, not this time. It's not always easy to replace dead Pokemon in the game and it definitely isn't any easier for a character in a story. In this case just making it happen by snapping fingers would just feel off. I know you're all dying to know who's gonna be on the team but you will need to wait to find out. You may need to wait a long time. Or a short time. You'll never know for sure. One thing I can say is that in some parts this story doesn't follow the game's logic, which also means the actions you would take in the game.

Anyway, this is what happens when I leave too many plot holes/unfinished lines lying around. It was a bit tedious, I won't lie. But I also think this kind of stuff couldn't happen at any better time. The previous storm has more or less calmed down, and even though Nessa left it kind of concerns others more than her. 
For the most part I just tried to put more focus on what was happening outside of Nessa's and her team's issues, because there is a lot of that but so far no space for it. 
I hate having to put huge walls of text and explaining in my comics. I'm sorry if you didn't like it, I didn't like it either but I needed to do it and I needed to do it this way for reasons.

Oh, and the Geodude May encounters was actually another captured Pokemon I forgot to put in the comic. Since I never ended up using the Geodude I came up with this. Stats etc. are irrelevant.

Also, don't get fooled by the chapter name. I think its very likely that you get the wrong idea of it but I didn't want to change it because it still fits and it's been the name of this chapter for a long time so it's hard to let go of it.

Now that this is done with (finally) I can focus on the next update!
