Just a random drawing to wish you all merry Christmas.

I picked some themes from the challenge lists and put them together. 30th theme from the creature list: Repo, the fox that creates the aurora borealis and 27th theme from the 100 Technique Meme list. (I decided to give a real title for this. Just putting the creatures name feel so... unimaginative. I'll try to stick with that for the rest of the Creature themes. But I'll still use 100 Theme's Challenge's themes as titles. Only a bit over 20 of them left, omg!) My grandma is here for Christmas and I hadn't bought anything for her, as if I even could, I have no idea what I could've bought, so I decided to draw something for her. And ended up painting this quickie and decided to give it to her. Yes, this IS a quickie, took only about two hours to sketch and paint, including doing the splatters. I just painted and I was suprised this didn't take longer. I didn't rush or anything. I just... painted.

I haven't drawn a fox for ages. It was fun, though. Love that fluffy tail.

The fur was very much fun to paint, too. I've never mastered high contrasts very well, at least from my opinion, but I think I did quite well with lights and shades in this one. :>
Aand, what else..? Hmm, oh, lets hate my scanner together! For ruining the colours and for being too small for my slightly-bigger-watercolour-paper-sheets.
I have no idea if my granny will like this, basically all my relatives just happily clap their hands together when I darw something, whatever it may be. Well, lets just hope she'll like it. And I do hope that you like it, too! ...such a quickie it is.
