At first I thougt I didn't have time to draw anything proper for the event because I just got home from Italy but then I got an inspiration. The technique I used is pretty simple and fast so I made it. This technique is similar to the Japanese painting style I've used except that I didn't use watercolours but ink. I had this lovely Chinese ink brush ('had' because I killed it by painting this) that spreads nicely when applied with water. I really like the old Japanese ink paintings and I wanted to do something similar and quite simple, too. Lugia is so much fun to draw in this style. I love drawing Lugia in any style, though. He's my all-time favourite legendary Pokemon and he definitely deserves more love.
I hope you like it! :>
