Yay for creative titles!
The other option would've been Wartortle.
I'm so creative.
Anyway, it's a Wartortle! I've always like it's design a lot. Usually I don't like the 2nd stage of 3-staged evolutions but Wartortle is an exception and so is Ivysaur. I actually prefer them to their final evolutions.
I did this drawing for a "Draw All Pokemon!" project on Nuzlocke forums. I try not to post all the stuff I draw for the forums (= a bunch of cell-shaded pokemon drawings) but I liked this one enough to post it here as well. I'm so happy I got Wartortle! I've wanted to draw it for ages and now I finally got a good enough excuse to do so.

This is amazing. I just have one problem...the colors are a little too dark. I had a hard time seeing the details of wartortle's head.
